How to do it

The Leaning Single Arm Dumbbell Lateral Raise is an isolation exercise that builds the entire shoulder. Relative to the dumbbell lateral raise, the Leaning Single Arm Dumbbell Lateral Raise keeps your lateral deltoid under tension across a larger part of the range of motion, which makes each rep more effective. The leaning setup improves leverage while keeping the shoulders highly isolated throughout the lift. It also increases overload at the top of the movement.
