How to do it

Maintain a freestanding handstand for at least 10 to 15 seconds
- 2
Complete wall-assisted handstand holds for 30 seconds
- 3
Build enough shoulder strength, wrist mobility, and core stability
Form tips & common mistakes
Engage Your Core
Tighten your abs so your lower back does not overarch.
Look Slightly Forward
Keep your head in a neutral position to support balance and direction.
Keep Hands Shoulder-Width Apart
Placing your hands too wide or too close can make you unstable.
Use Your Fingers for Control
Push through your fingers against the floor to make small balance adjustments.
Take Short, Quick Steps
Stay away from long strides, since they can make you lose control.
