Ab Coaster Machine
Overview
How to do it
- 1
Set the seat at the proper height so your legs are bent to 90 degrees when you sit down.
- 2
Grip the handles and keep your back straight while you keep your abs engaged.
- 3
Drive the seat forward along the curved track. Maintain a straight back and active abs for the full movement.
- 4
At the end of the machine, hold briefly, then return slowly to the starting position.
- 5
Repeat: Perform the motion for several repetitions, using your abs to control the movement. You can also change the difficulty by adjusting the speed of the movement or the number of repetitions.
Benefits
By using a rolling motion, the Ab Coaster Machine works the rectus abdominis and oblique muscles, which can improve abdominal strength and definition.
Unlike traditional ab exercises such as crunches or sit-ups, the Ab Coaster Machine supports a more controlled, comfortable movement that reduces strain on the neck and lower back.
Its curved track gives the Ab Coaster Machine a larger range of motion than traditional ab exercises, helping you work the abdominal muscles more completely.
The rolling motion of the Ab Coaster Machine can work all areas of the abdominal muscles, including the upper, lower, and side abs.
