Overview
Banded Thigh Fly is a resistance move you perform while lying on your back with a resistance band placed around your ankles or thighs. You open and close your legs against the band’s tension, keeping the motion controlled throughout.
Form tips & common mistakes
Tighten your core so your lower back stays steady.
Use smooth, controlled reps and do not rely on momentum.
If the movement feels uncomfortable, keep a slight bend in your knees.
Pick a resistance that challenges your muscles without breaking form.
Keep your breathing even: inhale as you open your legs and exhale as you bring them back together.
